Process
Website Development: We built a new site in Framer that was modern, mobile-friendly, and designed with conversion in mind. Service categories were clearly outlined (deep tissue, Swedish, couples massage, etc.), and every page featured quick CTAs like “Book Now” and “Call Us Today.” A gallery showcased the spa atmosphere, helping potential clients feel at ease before booking.
Conversion-Ready Design: Integrated online booking software and added a click-to-call button for mobile visitors. Clear directions, parking info, and opening hours were added to reduce friction for new customers.
PPC Setup: Launched Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent keywords like “massage Columbus Ohio,” “therapeutic massage near me,” and “couples massage Columbus.” We structured campaigns with single-keyword ad groups (SKAGs) to increase ad relevance.
Ad Copywriting: Wrote compelling, action-oriented ads with strong offers (“Book Today — Relaxation Starts Here”) and extensions (callouts, sitelinks, and location extensions).
Tracking & Optimization: Set up conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Ads to measure calls, booking form completions, and direction requests. Over the first weeks, we refined the campaigns by eliminating low-performing keywords, adjusting bids, and A/B testing headlines.
